Charged at $15 (+ GST ) per half hour

Charged in half hour blocks

PACKAGING COSTS

Charged at $3.50 (+GST) per carton including packaging (tape, paper/bubble wrap etc)

PAYMENT

You will be advised of the packaging cost by Thursday of each week.  Payment for “packaging and handling” is to be included with the invoice payment.
